DT Cetveli — Birim Fiyat Cetveli Explorer

Parsed item schedules ("birim fiyat cetveli") from EKAP direct-procurement (Doğrudan Temin) documents. Temporary, file-backed lab: data comes from a parsed-JSON snapshot, not the database (…). The published schedules carry item name / unit / quantity; prices are joined from the contract records and filled only where attribution is provable — single-item documents with a single contract, or contracts naming exactly one schedule item. Ambiguous multi-item documents keep their document-level contract total instead.
